Zeynephan Gemicioğlu

She has registered to İstanbul Bar Association as lawyer in 2007 after graduated from Saint Joseph French High School and Yeditepe University Faculty of Law. She has joined our Law Office in 2015 after having worked at a reputable law office with an international client portfolio for 7 years and also as Legal Counsel of a Holding.

Her expertise includes consultancy services related to corporate issues such as Commercial Law, Corporate Law, establishment of the companies, foreign investments, the meetings of the General Assemblies and Board of Directors and the representation of the clients at the meetings; interpretation and negotiations of the contracts and Merger and Acquisition processes.

She has served as the President of the Board of Directors of the Turkey European Union Association and closely monitors European Union legislation. She has taught “Agricultural Law” at the Yeditepe University Faculty of Applied Sciences and lectured at the Okan University Faculty of Law. She is currently a member of the Extended Board of Directors of KAGİDER for the 2025–2027 term.

Mrs. Gemicioğlu has excellent command of English and French and she is still member of Istanbul Bar Association.
