FOUNDER
He founded Gemicioğlu Law Firm in 1970. He completed his higher education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law and has been practicing law as a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 1970. Throughout his professional career, he has provided consultancy services to many domestic and foreign-owned companies in various sectors. He specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Civil Law, and has also developed expertise in Telecommunications Law through his activities since 1986.
In 1993, he was personally involved in the establishment of Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. and served as its Chief Legal Counsel for 18 years.
