Cemre Çakmak

As a DAAD scholarship recipient, Çakmak successfully completed programs in German Private Law and German Criminal Law at Bielefeld University, Augsburg University, and Freie University Berlin in 2018. She graduated with the third-highest rank by completing her thesis on “Prima Facie Evidence in Civil Procedure Law” at the Turkish-German University Law Faculty.

In 2023, Cemre Çakmak, who joined Gemicioğlu Law Office, specializes in providing legal advice and services in disputes related to various fields, including Banking Law, Commercial Business Law, Company Law, Negotiable Instruments Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Competition Law, Consumer Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Family Law, Guardianship Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Rental Law, and Criminal Law, both in pre-litigation and litigation processes. Çakmak also offers consultancy services in projects such as mergers and acquisitions, involving legal examination and reporting, as well as providing expertise in contract-related matters.

Cemre Çakmak is proficient in German and has been registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2019.
